I’m so glad you’re here

I moved to the Bay Area in 2012 to start my academic career at San Francisco State. There I obtained my Bachelors in Sociology. From my studies I felt compelled to learn more about therapy and how to support people in their own experience. I attended USF to complete my masters in Marriage and family therapy. During internships I have worked with kids in schools, the severally mentally ill in community-based work and with veterans. I have found a deep passion serving our veteran population and will create space in my caseload to serve them.

Currently, I am living in the Colorado area and seeing clients virtually in both California and Colorado. When I am not doing therapeutic work you can find me on the local trails as I am an avid runner with the completion of two 100 mile races. I am also a certified coach and have an awareness of the pressures of being an athlete, injury, recovery.
